Shaolin Xiong (UAH) reports on behalf of the Fermi GBM Team:

"The Fermi Gamma-ray Burst Monitor (GBM) trigger 383843922 (130301.638) at
15:18:39.090 UT on 01 March 2013, tentatively classified as a GRB, is in fact
due to local particles."
