Hurley on behalf of the HETE FREGATE Team; write: Analysis of the full data set derived from the HETE Soft X-ray Camera (SXC) has resulted in a revised location for GRB020813(=H2262; Villasenor et al, GCN Circular #1471). The revised SXC location can be expressed as a 90% confidence circle that is 50 arcseconds in radius (due entirely to systematic errors) and is centered at: RA = 19h 46m 41.8s, Dec = -19o 35' 39" (J2000) We conclude that the Fox et al (GCN Circular #1470) afterglow candidate for GRB020813 lies 26 arcseconds from the SXC location, well within the error circle reported here.
