Suarez-Andres The Instituto de Astrofisica de Canarias MASTER II robotic telescope (MASTER-Net: http://observ.pereplet.ru) located in Blagoveschensk was pointed to the GRB160121A (Hagen et al GCN 18912) 22 sec after notice time and 34 sec after trigger time at 2016-01-21 13:51:15 UT. On our first (10s exposure) set we haven`t found optical transient within SWIFT. The 5-sigma upper limit has been about 15.3 mag The message may be cited.
